Pho-Getti 'Bout It!

Pho-ghetti ‘Bout-it is a unique blend of traditional Vietnamese and Italian food, that uses elements of both cultures to create dishes that will make you want more before your first bowl is even done. Though two completely different dishes, we give you the ability to combine traditional Pho with spaghetti and allow you to create unique bowls of soup and pasta dishes such as our Pho-ghetti, a spaghetti-based dish with all the toppings and seasonings included in a traditional bowl of Pho. We believe in using the freshest ingredients, which is why we get all our vegetables from local farm stands and make our noodles from scratch daily. On top of using the freshest ingredients, we also cater to those who may have a gluten allergy and those who are vegan or vegetarian. Our menu is constantly rotating flavors and combinations, so you’ll never have the same bowl twice (unless you like enough to come visit more than once, that is)! Though our home base is outside of the Big Dogs Brewing Co., our food truck allows us to comfortably travel, which means we can cater to almost any event!
